Last week I attended the Cape Royale Equinox spa day,being a former health and skin care therapist I was looking forward to being pampered and intrigued to hear about all the new products and treatments.
We arrived at the pool roof deck outside the SKY Bar at the Cape Royale to champers and a stunning view! After a bit of mingling we went to the Equinox Spa to get changed into our robes and slippers and have some canapes in the sun by the pool area. The food was amazing oysters, prawns, stirfry and sweet treats which we all enjoyed before going for our treatments which was a mix of manicures, pedicures, back massages,facials and leg treatments. The day was amazing, we learn’t so much about all the different products, had the best treatments and the most relaxing day ever followed by cocktails at the SKY Bar watching the sunset.

The Equinox Spa at the Cape Royale is the most amazing spa ever, the staff, the therapists, the atmosphere…if you want to spoil yourself then you have to go and spend the day there, you will not be dissapointed, in fact you wont want to leave…ever 🙂
