Topshop has just released a short animated film on nail varnish.

Brother and sister duo, Sadie and Joe, began making stop frame animation films together whilst at university.
Their charming and fun stop-motion animations caught the attention of Katie Hillier, and they now work on ongoing collaborations with Hillier London
– creating animations that are short, sweet and full of shiny things!
They have recently worked for Marc by Marc Jacobs and have also worked on globally presented commissions for Biotop, Ungaro, and Loewe.
Their work has featured on Vogue.com, Love Magazine’s website and in Bloomingdales and Collette.

That’s a nice assortment of colours in the Topshop Nails SS13 collection. The animation is great. I like the way they come together to look almost like a big flower near the end of the video. It’s cute. I can see why videos like this would garner the attention of fashion designers and retailers. The method would be great for their advertisements.
