LUCKY.FISH&CHIPS REVIEW

Recently I got to review the new take away place  called Lucky Fish & Chips, I went to the Sea Point branch and thought I would try out a selection of food from their menu so  I decided to make my own platter.

Its a normal  take away place with chairs to sit and eat, but the decor and ambience reminds me of a  sea side restuarant that I could spend 4 hours relaxing , its warm and cosy and the staff are very friendly.

I ordered a Fish cake and a prawn samoosa and added it to chips, calamari, prawns and hake  I shared it with my friend I brought along with and it was more than enough food for both of us.

I am a huge seafood lover, I have eaten in some of the best seafood restuarants in Cape Town so I have very high expectations and I can honestly say everything I ordered was so delicious. From the fish cake to the calamari, the food was really good quality and really tasty. I hate oily food and nothing was oily, even the chips were good.

I am getting hungry just writing this review, in fact I think I need to organise another dinner date this weekend or maybe a lunch?  Either way thanks to Lucky Fish & Chips ordering a take away will be never be the same 🙂
