Thisisme Inc. South Africa’s first personal online verification authority launched at Shimmy Beach Club in Cape Town recently.

Throughout the evening. Claire Cobbledick, Head of Marketing for Gumtree SA and Bonita Nuttall of Carte Blanche fame, addressed the audience about the importance of securing one’s online identity.
This was followed by the CEO of ThisIsMe, Mark Chirnside, presenting the reason for the launch of ThisIsMe, the evolution of identity management as well as the importance of being in control of one’s own online presence and data.
Nik Rabinowitz wrapped up the formalities with a lighter take on identity which had guests in stitches.
