Last week I attended the launch of the Csquared flagship store in Canal Walk.
CSquared is an 11 year-old brand which started off as a branch brand from Carducci, now CSquared has one of the strongest online fan bases, and is without a doubt South Africa’s most cutting-edge formalwear brand worn by celebrities, IT-guys and menswear enthusiasts.
Everyone from the whose who of social media, celebrities, bloggers and VIPs attended, we enjoyed drinks by Jameson and Peroni and enjoyed delicious canapes whilst listening deep house beats.

The store’s concept, design and interior is a tireless collaboration between celebrity entrepreneur Aidan Bennetts and head of brands at House of Monatic, Mark Gooding. The store’s urban yet luxurious contemporary feel complements the bold CSquared brand to the core. Cutting edge accents such as a mounted iPad for an enhanced social shopping experience speak to the modern South African man and reflect CSquared’s appreciation of its strong social media fan base.
