Yesterday I had the privilege of visiting the Chanel Bettison Hair and Beauty Concept Store in Cape Town to try out their winter special. I had already been to the Store when it opened, I attended the launch and immediately fell in love with the chic decor and features, but as of yet had never had a treatment there..
After trying out their winter special (which consists of a 45 minute back,neck and shoulder massage with a foot or hand massage and gelish application for R450) I can honestly say its worth every cent.
Being a former health and skin care therapist myself and working in the industry for 6 years, I am quite picky when it comes to treatments , good and bad service and how clients are treated and I was 100 percent impressed with everything from beginning to end.
You walk in and there is a super warm friendly atmosphere and smiling faces from Chanel and the 2 therapists with the smell of freshly brewed coffee which is always a bonus.
I sat down and had my nails prepped for my gelish mani which was nice and quick, but still very relaxing and exceptionally well done, my nails look amazing!
As for the massage which I had afterwards upstairs in one of the treatment rooms, the therapist was warm and friendly and her pressure was perfect for someone like me who has a very sensitive back due to a few minor issues. I had no idea I had so many knots, but I have had huge neck pain to the point that I can barely move when I wake up, so this massage really helped, I felt rejuvenated and relaxed for the rest of that day.
I can recommend not only the winter special which is a nice combination of hair loss treatments but the Chanel Bettison Beauty Concept store as a whole for all your beauty needs, I cant wait to visit again soon…
