Last week Nitida had their first bake and wine pairing festival, we got to try different wines with sweet and savoury foods. I loved the combinations from mixing Sparkling wine with red velvet cupcakes or having chenin blanc with liver pate and honey…. needless to say I had a wonderful day with friends, with a beautiful view, food and wine and ended off the day decorating biscuits with the girls, I look forward to next year.
