Last week was the annual Ard Matthews and Friends Charity Concert held at the Upper Eastside Hotel. I missed the event due to flying back from Joburg that evening and arriving home to late, but I thought I would share a few pictures from the event courtesy of The Little Black Book 🙂
The line-up this year consisted of Ross Learmonth, lead singer of Prime Circle, as well as Arno Carstens, blues sensation Dan Patlansky, Louise Day, Zolani from Freshly Ground & Nick Turner, Jack Mantis and Domenico Benigno, Jeremy Olivier,D-Seven, DJ Sox and of course front man, Ard Matthews.
This year the concert supported WeTheGood People, a trust founded by Ard along with Alistair Hargreaves (Springbok/Sharks Lock) and Sean Temple (owner of Flux Motion Kettle Bell Gym)
I know the annual concert is always tons of fun and it is all for a good cause which makes it extra special, but luckily some of my favourite peeps were there to enjoy it 🙂
