I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend : )

Myne was a a bit sad,we lost a family friend and when ever you lose someone no matter what part they played in your life, big or small it always make you realise that life really is short and you should celebrate and cherish every moment  : )

This week has been a really busy week so far-3 birthday celebrations the last DFS fashion Show, The Sunglasses Hut Fashion Event, a summer clothing launch and my dad arrives on Friday, so by Sunday evening I plan to lounge around in PJ’s watching Vampire Diaries and just vegetate : )

Recently we spent the day at the Gardens , we went to the museum and then afterwards went for tea and scones. The gardens in Cape Town are gorgeous and the squirrels are so tame you can feed them and they jump on to your lap. Its the perfect place to go for a picnic or just to get away for a few

hours from the hustle and bustle of every day life.

This shawl is surprisingly warm when worn on its own and when worn over faux leather its perfect

for chilly days.

So how has the week been treating everyone? I have stuck to my guns as I stated in my previous post and have followed through on my new schedule for this week, gym, lots of sleep, eating healthy and relaxing this week.

This weekend I plan to chill, catch up on all your fabulous blogs and finally watch the Sex and The City movie as next week is going to be another very busy and eventful week.

Last week after having my hair done we had a little fun in the park around the corner from where we live, I have never really been a huge fan of mustard but I love this jersey and it goes really well with leopard print, a rock tee and a park : )

I  unfortunately missed the 2ND DFS FASHION SHOW and judging by the picture below it was an amazing show!

The show featured two designers – Iskapie, an urban street African label and IVNMC, a new age label focusing on structure based on architectural principles.
