Hi guys, I have missed everyone soo much! We are moved and settled in our new place. I had no internet last week, so I had no chance to do some catching up with anyone : (

But all is back to normal now and I am back at work on Tuesday and back to my routine, so this week I will come and visit everyone : ) I cannot wait to post pictures of our new place,I will do that next week and my Blackberry aint working, so if anyone tweets  or bbs me  and I dont answer, you know why : (

Nicole and I attended the 2nd series DFS Fashion Show show 2 recently, it was at FTV and it was as fabulous as always!

I wore my fav over the knee boots, lace dress and teamed it with my tan faux leather jacket and nautical inspired bag.

Mike and Nicoles boyfriend  Luke were MIA that night, so we had lots of fun taking pics and catching up on girly gossip while waiting for the fashion show to start.

Everyone there must have thought we were crazy taking pics of the most oddest things and laughing all the time : )

The 2 designers show casing their designs were the A-LIST and NAZIR.

I got a few pictures of the A-LIST from the DFS team, but for NAZIR I decided to take a small  video.

I met these fabulous fashionistas  at the launch- I fell in love with  Cheralees bow and   Olgas hat and, I had to take pics of them : )

The fashion Show consisted of Soul Child, IVNMC and Non European

Unfortunately due to Mike not being able to attend as he had to work, I had to take the pics and I really suck! Theres no other way to put it, I cannot take fashion show pics like he can : ) So there are not that many as all the other were way to blury : (

I promise if Mike cant take pictures I wont subject you to my non photographic skills and will instead get media pics : )

I am moving  into another place tomorrow and on leave for a week- so my updates are going to be a little slow as I am going to be unpacking, redecorating, catching up on my reading, long lost friends and just relaxing and doing stuff I never get time to do.

August is going to be a huge month for me, new opportunities are arrising, its Cape Town Fashion Week and its my blogs birthday- 1 year- so I am planning soo much for you guys!  I will get back to everyone as soon as I have time and of course due to many requests I will posting pictures once all the decorating is complete.

Some more  fabulous news from NEO Boutique at One&Only Cape Town has expanded its range of organic tees by Edun, Bono and Ali Hewson’s socially conscious clothing company.

The idea behind Edun is to promote sustainable development for the African fashion industry. It is a for profit business, founded on the premise of trade not aid.

The zebra tee is my favourite because of the colour and design- perfect for spring with camel and pale denim.

I am so glad its Thursday, our packing is half way done, but unfortunately our entire flat looks like a huge disaster!

Recently we went to Eagle Vlei Wine farm, it was cold and windy so a day at a wine farm with good views, a warm fire and good company was just what I needed.

The perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon….

Dessert was really good!

I am on leave for a week as from Monday so even though we will be moving, I will make sure that I have a lot of time off to enjoy my holiday…speaking of holidays
