I cant believe its been a week since my last post, aah sorry guys life took over for a bit last week and I totally relaxed this weekend, but im back now  : )

Recently Taryn and I attended the monthly sushi club organized by Marianna. Its a sushi club that meets up every month at a different restaurant, its about 20- 30 people and we all meet for drinks, sushi and networking.

I have been invited to all of them but there was always something on, so recently I managed to make it and I had lots of fun! The sushi was really good and because everyone who attends is on twitter(thats how we all met) it means that we all get to see each other and get to know each other better. We arrived there quite late due to traffic, so I never got a chance to take alot of pictures, but I will next time.

I had lots of fun meeting everyone and I am really looking forward to next month!

CAPE CRASH

I have been dying to wear my over the knee boots since I got them so last Friday was the perfect opportunity.   We attended the Cape Crash launch at the newly renovated St Ives beach club in Camps bay.
The dress code was GLAM ROCK  and  luckily it was not that hot so I could wear my boots and pair it with my silk jumpsuit and faux fur vest. The pictures did not come out the way I wanted them too with the light, but at least you can see the outfit.

Update- I have already worn my boots twice since then with different outfits which I cant wait to show you guys  : ) )

When we arrived we were given strawberry cocktails at the MOET bar aswell as an assortment of snacks. The club looked amazing, the decor was stunning but unfortunately the soft lighting meant that taking pictures was a bit difficult.  So there are not many pictures this times around  : (

There was this amazing faux fur throw on one of the couches I was sitting on, it reminded me that we are STILL waiting for our faux fur throws to be made, by the time they arrive it will be winter  : )

I noticed a few famous SA faces as it was a party for the film and media industry and 2 hollywood actors- Jason Statham and Denny Trejo were there too. We only found out afterwards otherwise I would have definately taken pics! All in all the party had a  amazing vibe which was  definately what we needed after a busy week.!

Hope everyone is having a fabulous week so far!

Recently I went to a Cloud Nine cocktail launch held at MijaVie Day Spa.

The dress code was cocktail so I wore a knee length dress that I tied into a knot making it into a top cinched at the waist with a big stud belt. I added my flower net accessory which has definately become one of my favorites.

When we arrived were greeted with champagne,cocktails and delicious canapés and after socializing a bit we were introduced to Cloud Nine and heard all about their fabulous new flat iron!

Cloud Nine is a range of professional irons that provide a beautiful natural finish without the heat damage, which means you can achieve an array of styles at lower temperatures. The most impressive feature is they have a secret ingredient within the black ceramic plates. Its a mysterious element that adds shine and sparkle to the hair every time you use it and it works perfectly!

We had a fabulous time meeting up with new and old friends and consumed way to many glasses of champagne, strawberries and Lindt chocolates : )
