I fell in love with the beauty of this commercial and the behind the scenes fashion photography, I had to share them with everyone : )

We noticed something about modern society’s version of the beautiful woman.

We noticed that there’s not much smiling.

And we’ve noticed that there’s lots of pouting.

Clearly modern society thinks that the pout is more beautiful than the smile.

And it seems women have fallen for it.

Which is strange, because women are, so much more beautiful when they smile.

Dentyne is creating a movement against the pout, encouraging women to smile confidently and freely again.

This the first of three beautiful TV executions done by Jennifer MacFarlane and Cuan Cronwright and Alexi McCarthy at Ogilvy Cape Town.

Recently I was invited to attend the first of many DFS Fashion Shows.

The DFS platform was is the brain child of Lavish Industries and Couture Concepts to show case designers from a variety of backgrounds who want to break into the fashion Industry.

I love supporting local designers so I was thrilled to go. It was held at Capello and they show cased 3 diverse collections-

We were seated at bar tables and they had positioned all the chairs and tables in a line so that they made their own ramp for the models to walk on.

I never got a chance to take alot of outfit pics though, so these are all I have.  I wore my new stockings, I luv the pattern and my new favourite accessory- my headband.

Myself and Letlho- it was so nice meeting her and it was such a nice surprise to find out she is a big fan of my blog : )

It was a fabulous show, I was very impressed with all the collections and I can definitely recommend the white chocolate cosmopolitan I had too : )
